2023 Outdoor Sculpture Exhibit

Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center 400 High Street, Portsmouth, Virginia

Reception: May 13, 1:30 p.m. Since 2006 the Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center has hosted an exhibition of sculptures in the historic courtyard. Visitors can pick up a ballot inside and cast their vote to determine which sculpture wins People’s Choice Award. Additional awards include Seawall art Award and SPPA Juror’s Choice Award.

Fall Festival and Yard Sale

The Virginia Cooperative Extension Office and the Portsmouth Master Gardners present the annual Fall Festival and Yard Sale.  In addition to the yard sale, enjoy garden tours, plant doctor information booth, and gardening activities.  Bee keeping and live chicken demos are featured throughout the day.  This is a family event and all ages are welcome.
