Yoga in Nature at Paradise Creek

REE EVENT — Join Micha-Nicole, a local yoga instructor who calls students to focus in on their breath and being present. This 45-minute practice is accessible for all levels and will help you find your inner peace surrounded by the sights and sounds of Paradise Creek Nature Park.
