Support Portsmouth Public Art (SPPA) presents the second annual Wall Street Mural Festival! This festival is a celebration of the artists and subcultures that have made street art what it is today.

MAIN EVENT
Muralists will be challenged to paint 10 walls in the alleyway of Portsmouth’s “Wall Street”. Witness as they finish painting live the day of the event. A judge will select three muralists for a cash prize. There will also be a prize for the “People’s Choice” award.
