USO: Project ELF Lottery! Registration

FreeProject USO Elf Lottery is HERE!
Project USO Elf is our annual holiday wish list program connecting our youngest patriots—infants through age 16—with generous donors from our community. Through this special initiative, each selected child will receive age-appropriate gifts personally chosen by their matched donor (total value not to exceed $50).
Registration Details:
• Registration Period: October 1 – October 25, 2026
• Each child must be registered individually (one form per child).
• Entries that include multiple children on one form will be removed from the lottery.
• Duplicate entries will result in disqualification.
• The number of children you register does not affect your chances of being selected.
Lottery Notification: Selected families will be notified during the first week of November. Those not selected will be automatically placed on the waitlist. • Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for updates and notifications.
Gift Pick-Up Details: Thursday, December 10, 2026 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• USO Langley
• USO Fort Eustis
This program is open exclusively to active-duty service members and their dependents residing in the Southern Virginia region including USCG Station Elizabeth City.
