The Rhythm Project is a world percussion ensemble dedicated to nurturing self-esteem through individual, cooperative achievement. Founded in 1996, the program was started in Portsmouth, VA. The All-Stars, 2009, 2010, and 2019 Virginia International PAN Fest Grand Champions, have earned international acclaim and collaborated with many prominent artists. This fantastic ensemble of young musicians will give a free concert in the museum courtyard, while the museum will be open with regular admission prices from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
