First Saturdays at the PACC – Special Events Highlighting Last Weekend BLOW UP II: Inflatable Art Exhibit

Every first Saturday of the month three markets will take place near each other, all surrounding the Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center: The Portsmouth Olde Towne Farmers Market, The First Saturday Art Market, and the Olde Towne Antique & Flea Market.

The museum will host a free Concert in the Courtyard from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., along with an 11:00 a.m. Coffee Klatsch with tour and conversation over coffee and cookies about the current exhibits on view. They are included with a $3 museum admission.

Portsmouth Museum Members are FREE. The museum will be open 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • 11:00 a.m. Coffee Klatsch: Tour & Talk featuring the exhibit Blow UP II: Inflatable Art
  • 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. FREE Glassblowing Art Demonstration, Bubble Making Activities, Balloon Making & Twisting, and Bounce House in Courtyard

Come celebrate the arts and activities offered for the stellar exhibition Blow UP II: Inflatable Contemporary Art, featuring nine artists who all use the power of wind and air and unique materials to create massive sculptures. This will be the last weekend the exhibit is on view so get your fill of it by joining us for this fun event.
