Since 2006, the Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center has hosted an exhibition of sculptures in the historic courtyard. Pick up a ballot inside to cast your vote for your favorite sculpture. Your vote helps determine which sculpture receives the People’s Choice Award, Seawall Award, and the SPPA Juror’s Choice Award.
