Fil Fest USA 2024, will be hosted in Historic Olde Towne Portsmouth, VA this year! Celebrating their 10th Anniversary of FIL FEST USA, Technology & Innovation and The Culture Culture and Community. There will be Entertainment, Filipino Owned Small Businesses, Food Trucks and Food and Craft Vendors.
