Top Hat Orchestra Live at the Seawall Art Show

Come out to the Seawall Art Show in Downtown Portsmouth Virginia. We will be playing swing and big band music from 3pm-5pm on High Street next to the Children’s Museum of Virginia.
The art show is 10am-5pm on Sat and 10-4 on Sun. “If you want to find that one-of-a-kind gift for someone special or a signature piece for yourself, then come to our show, located on High Street in Portsmouth, Virginia’s historic downtown. You will find a little of everything from wood carving to oil painting, handwoven clothing to art glass, fine jewelry to pottery and more.”
