Safe Trunk or Treat

Saturday before Halloween: For children ages 12 and under—must be accompanied by an adult. The event takes place at the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion (Plaza and Festival Park); near Portsmouth City Hall. It features live music, games, crafts, homemade costume contest and prizes, fire, police and sheriff displays, photo booth, popcorn, bouncy house stilt walker, an appearance by Andalo, the Children’s Museum mascot and loads of fun. Sponsored by the Portsmouth Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism and the Portsmouth Police, Fire & Sherriff departments, this annual event is free and open to the public.
