Echoes of Joy returns for 2020 Saturday, January 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Neighborhood Facility Recreation Center, 900 Elm Avenue. Participants can get health screenings, haircuts, flu shots, meals, music and so much more. Transportation provided from all PRHA housing communities.
